A FEW THINGS TO KNOW.
Zelda Dearest requires at least 72 hours’ notice before arrival to refund your deposit. If a reservation is canceled within 72 hours of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. If your plans change, you are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place.
Date changes, including shortening a stay, must be requested at least 72 hours before arrival and are subject to availability and minimum stay requirements. Within 72 hours of arrival, deposits are non-refundable and reservation changes cannot be made. After check-in, shortened stays remain charged in full.
A deposit of 50% of the total stay is due at the time of booking for all reservations at Zelda Dearest. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover. A confirmation will be sent once your deposit is received.
For group room blocks of four rooms or more, please refer to your signed group contract for the applicable cancellation terms.
Check-in at Zelda Dearest begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in.

Zelda Dearest welcomes service animals, but pets and emotional support animals are not permitted. If helpful, our team is happy to recommend nearby kennels during your stay in Asheville.
Zelda Dearest provides daily light-touch housekeeping. For stays longer than three nights, a full-service housekeeping refresh is provided after the third night. If you need anything additional during your stay, our Guest Experience team is always happy to help.
Zelda Dearest is a smoke-free, vape-free, and flame-free property. Smoking, vaping, and the use of candles are not permitted in guest rooms, on balconies or patios, or anywhere on property. A $250 cleaning fee will apply if this policy is not followed.
No. Cooking and cooking devices of any kind, including hot plates, slow cookers, and grills, are not permitted in guest rooms or anywhere on property. A $250 cleaning fee will apply if cooking takes place in guest accommodations.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol at Zelda Dearest. Because shared spaces are enjoyed by all guests, we kindly ask everyone to drink responsibly and be considerate of others.
While normal wear and minor accidents happen, guests may be held financially responsible for significant damage caused by negligence.
